The current tender portal is "characterized by such significant errors, shortcomings and security challenges that it is no longer prudent to maintain its operation," is the explanation for the closure, which takes effect from today's date.
The tender portal has been under the Danish Economic and Personnel Agency (ASA), but transferred to the Ministry of Business, Minerals, Energy, Justice and Equality from the turn of the month.
"The work to establish a new and more up-to-date tender portal has begun, and until the launch of the permanent solution, a temporary tender portal will be available from February 2, 2026," it is stated.
The temporary solution
Active tenders, completed tenders and information about winners can be temporarily accessed on the website Govgen.gl. from today. And, until a new digital solution is established, creation of new tenders and submission of offers must be done through sullissivik.gl.
The Ministry states that, together with the Danish Digital Agency, it will hold dialogue meetings with the actors who use the procurement portal.
"The purpose is to answer questions and review workflows both during the transition period and towards the establishment of the new portal," writes the department, which regrets the inconvenience the changes will cause users.
