Hans-Peter N. Bay, musician, has released an EP, consisting of five songs, together with the band Max 5 Tassa. The band announced this in a press release.
The band members have known each other for more than 20 years, but they have not worked together musically before.
That changed when Qaqortoq came to a standstill due to exceptionally large ice in 2023.
The music is inspired by international and Greenlandic 80s rock. The two connected songs Nunaga pt. 1 and Angerlarfissara pt. 2 in particular have great significance for the band, which thematize the journey out into the world, and ultimately find home.
