Royal Greenland held a general meeting on Monday afternoon with the participation of the chairman of Naalakkersuisut Jens-Frederik Nielsen (D).
The general meeting resulted in two changes to the board, with Juliane Henningsen Heilmann and Morten Petersen joining as members.
Juliane Henningsen Heilmann is director of HR, communication and sustainability at KNI. She has previously been chairman of the board of Great Greenland, municipal director and IA politician.
Morten Petersen is a board member of DKI Holding A/S and former group director of Dansk Supermarked.
They replace Karsten Høy and Arnanguaq Holm Olsen.
Niels Thomsen remains chairman of Royal Greenland, and the board will find its own vice chairman.
