Regular guests at the Malik swimming pool in Nuuk are encouraged to find alternative options for exercise and well-being in the coming year, when the swimming pool is closed.

- The aim of the project is first and foremost to create stable access for Nuuk citizens to their swimming pool. In addition, there will also be a number of improvements to the facility in connection with the renovation, the municipality writes about the renovation, which is expected to take a year.
The swimming pool was built in 2003 and has thus long since celebrated its 20th anniversary.
The renovation project was announced back in 2023, and Svømmehallen Malik and Kommuneqarfik Sermersooq are looking forward to a new and improved swimming pool for the city's happy water dogs.
