The Greenlandic Health Service informs that the dental clinic in Qaqortoq will reopen in new premises on Monday.
The clinic has been moved primarily because the former dental clinic has been repeatedly affected by water damage, which has caused periodic closures to the inconvenience of patients:
- By avoiding repeated renovations after water damage, it will be possible to maintain a more continuous service to citizens in the future instead of the clinic having to be closed for periods as before, writes the Greenlandic Health Service in a press release.
The move is also expected to improve working conditions for the staff.
Interested parties can see the new dental clinic on Wednesday, May 6, when an open house will be held in connection with the annual National Toothbrushing Day.
The new dental clinic is located at Skolevej B-826 in Qaqortoq.
