Ditte Christiane Jensen, senior editor of DR Ung, tells the trade magazine Journalisten that it is not only the Danish Armed Forces that is arming itself in the Arctic – so is Danmarks Radio.

- The historical events with Greenland at the center are world-changing – and they greatly concern young people, because it is their future that is at stake. That is why P3 is also present at DR's editorial office in Greenland to tell and explain the developments from a young perspective, she says.

Go' Morgen P3, Liva Magnhezi, is these days in Sisimiut, where she talks to the young people in the city.

DR Ung is a department of Danmarks Radio that produces content targeted at young people.

Since the world exploded around the ears of all of us here at home at the beginning of the month, there has been a massive presence of international journalists from all over the world. Including from Denmark – and the Danish presence on the media front looks set to continue.

TV2 has hired Nukaaka Tobiassen as a journalist in Nuuk, and in the future, DR will have a permanent editorial staff in the country.

According to DR, the editorial team will consist of two news journalists and a varying number of journalists from P3, writes the trade magazine Journalisten.
