The past day has included tasks with drunks, eviction of unwanted persons, domestic disturbances and suicide threats, according to the chief of police at the Greenland Police, Aputsiaq Hansen.
The reports have been in Nuuk but also spread across the coast.
The chief of police also notes a report from Nuuk, where an adult was reported for inviting minors under the age of 15 to smoke hash.
- Although we do not receive reports of this type very often, they unfortunately do come. In these cases, we cooperate with social services and parents, says the head of the guard, who makes an appeal to parents:
- It is important that parents talk to their children that if they are invited to something like this, they can say no and not succumb to possible peer pressure.
