Christel Lund Bøjler has been employed as a new district manager in Greenland at the Norwegian Working Environment Authority. She must focus on promoting healthy and safe jobs in Greenland.

This is what the Norwegian Working Environment Authority writes in a press release.

Christel Lund Bøjler has almost two decades of experience in Greenland and is not new to the political and administrative landscape. She has advised and collaborated with politicians and civil servants in central positions, most recently as head of Greenland Business School.

- I can see from the job description that I will work with many tools in my job-related toolbox - from management and administration to the more engineering-related. I'm looking forward to it - just as I am also very much looking forward to working with new colleagues here in Greenland and in Denmark, says Christel Lund Bøjler.

According to supervisory director Karsten Refsgård, they chose Christel Lund Bøyler because of her extensive knowledge of Greenland and her engineering background background.

- That she has also shown that she is a visionary and proactive leader with a focus on employee involvement and cultural understanding, makes us believe that Christel Lund Bøjler is well equipped to contribute to both the Norwegian Working Environment Authority and Greenlandic society, he says.
