Lotte Ø. Hastrup, director of the Sikkerneq orphanage in Nuuk, is the happy recipient of 165,000 kroner donated by Stark Greenland. Stark Greenland writes this on its Facebook page.
This is the fifth time that the company has collected for the orphanage and the amount has only increased over the years.
According to the post, the money will be used for the maintenance of the orphanage's cabin in the fjord.
- The cabin is an important focal point for their pedagogical and therapeutic treatment work with the children, and we are thrilled to see that last year's donation resulted in, among other things, a new wooden terrace and a freshly painted cabin, which the children can now enjoy, writes Stark Greenland.
