Is there a sporting moment from 2025 that has made you extra proud?

- Winning gold in the team tournament at the Island Games 2025 in Orkney was one of the biggest moments of the year for me. Standing in the decisive match, securing the victory and helping to bring home a gold medal for the whole of Greenland - these are exactly the kind of moments that drive me to train and get better.

What does being a role model mean to you?

- It's not something I've always thought much about, but in recent years it's dawned on me that my behavior matters. I try to behave properly both on the field and in the hall - not only for my own sake, but also because young players and others see us in the national team as ambassadors for Greenland. I take that responsibility seriously.

What does it mean to you when you represent your country on the pitch?

- It is a huge honor to wear Greenland's colors over the head. It obliges, and it always gives the extra 10 percent when the games get tough. You don't just play for yourself, but for the whole country.

What are your dreams for 2026?

- Sportingly, I hope to be able to win back the Greenlandic championship at Easter. Internationally, I work together with the rest of the national team to collect points for the world ranking so that we can qualify for major tournaments such as the European Championships. During the autumn, we played tournaments in Hungary and Ireland, among other things. It is a challenging goal to qualify for such strong tournaments, but it is something that I and the rest of the national team will work hard to achieve.
