Waste company, ESANI A/S, no longer has Frank Rasmussen as director of the company. This is stated in the CVR register.
According to the information in the register, Frank Rasmussen resigned as director as of May 1 this year. Frank Rasmussen has been director of the company since 2019.
New director
Since the previous director of ESANI A/S for the past seven years has resigned, the company has got a new director.
The former chairman of the board of directors of the company, and former CFO of the Municipality of Qeqertalik, Nicolai Odgaard Jensen, has taken up the position of director, it is stated in the company register website.
